This potluck took place in a web chat platform. Due to its participatory, interactive nature, an archived recording is not available.
Want to learn about new resources and curriculum ideas for bringing a design mindset into teaching journalism in person and online? Have a tool or assignment to share with others that's worked in your class, or a lesson from more than a year of online instruction?
Join Journalism + Design for an informal educator potluck to exchange ideas and education tools. We invite anyone to bring a "dish" to share — a lesson plan, a piece of technology or any insight that helps you teach more effectively in the classroom or virtually. J+D offers up resources from our own open-source curriculum, which include playful ways to bring design processes into your classroom.
We're creating the spread for our potluck using this Miro board. We pre-populated some teaching tools and resources – you're welcome to add your own!
